This is the eminent Benihana Chef Salad. A favorite of mine!! No really, I love it. A simple lettuce, tomato, red cabbage & carrot toss with a signature ginger dressing atop. I'm all for simple pleasures. The color makes it that much more exotic. This salad has passed the smell, texture, look & taste test...Try it!
